Courage often begins where control ends.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>With this thought in mind, we at e-dialog kicked off our very first &ldquo;Mindset Morning&rdquo; panel. After sharing breakfast together in the cafeteria in Vienna, we turned our attention to a topic that challenges us all time and again, both professionally and personally: courage. What does it really take to make courageous decisions, take risks, and step outside your comfort zone?<\/p>\n<p>To find out, we had three panelists who couldn&rsquo;t be more different but share one thing in common: they dared to take a chance. They started companies, took risks, and simply gave something a try. Physically, fear and anticipation are almost identical&mdash;it&rsquo;s our interpretation that determines whether we&rsquo;re paralyzed or get a burst of energy.
