Instead, you need <strong>SMART goals<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S<\/strong>pecific<\/li>\n<li><strong>M<\/strong>edible<\/li>\n<li><strong>A<\/strong>chievable&nbsp;(realistically achievable)<\/li>\n<li><strong>R<\/strong>elevant<\/li>\n<li><strong>T<\/strong>erminated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Example of goals<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Increase average product margin by 10% within the next six months.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Necessary for this<\/strong>: a well-founded profitability analysis, measures such as bundling or price optimization &ndash; and clear measurement points.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Formulate hypotheses &ndash; What could happen?<\/h2>\n<p>Before measures are implemented, possible impacts should be considered.
