What exactly is a Marketing Mix Model (MMM)?

An MMM is a statistical analysis method that quantifies the influence of various marketing channels (such as TV, social media, SEA, print, etc.) on your business goals (e.g., revenue or leads). This allows you to find out how much each channel contributes to success.

Does Google Meridian require cookies?

No. Meridian is a privacy-friendly solution that works without cookies or individual user data. The analysis is based on statistical data, making it perfectly suited for the post-cookie era.

Is Meridian only suitable for large companies?

Not necessarily. While implementation requires a certain data base and expertise, companies of various sizes can benefit from MMM. As an open-source solution, Meridian makes this methodology more accessible. However, a certain number of channels used and available historical data (at least one year) are necessary to achieve relevant results.
