Consultant Digital Analytics & Operations (m/f/d) (starting from 25 hrs/week)

In this position, you will bridge the gap between planning and technology. By leveraging your expertise in GA4 and GTM, you will steer projects toward success and actively support their realization – ensuring the right things happen at the right time.
Working with us, you will manage high-profile Digital Analytics accounts and ensure that all projects remain on track, both technically and operationally. Your role combines two central pillars:
Project Management & Operations- Central Communication: You are the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into clear technical briefings.
- Process Design: You assess the complexity of incoming requests and structure the workflow within the analytics team.
- Resource Planning: You manage capacities and timelines, ensuring that implementations are delivered on time and within budget.
- Technical Implementation: You design tracking setups via GA4 and GTM and create the corresponding technical documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Through rigorous testing and debugging, you ensure seamless data quality.
- Data Insights: You analyze user behavior and campaign performance, providing our clients with data-driven recommendations for action.
Requirements
You are a structured thinker who feels at home in the world of data but also enjoys the logistical side of running successful projects.- Your Foundation: You have gained initial professional experience in the field of Digital Analytics or Digital Marketing
- Tool-Check: You are confident using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager and view AI-driven workflows (e.g., Gemini) as an opportunity to make your daily work smarter and more efficient
- Organizational Talent: You enjoy working in a structured manner, love bringing order to complex tasks, and keep a cool head even when managing multiple projects
- Communication Skills: You have the ability to explain technical topics in a clear, easy-to-understand way and enjoy interacting with both clients and colleagues
- Technical Mindset: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus – but most importantly, you are eager to continuously expand your technical expertise
- Languages: You communicate clearly, reliably, and confidently in both German and English
