    You are the central hub of our Cloud & Data Science team: You bring structure to our projects, keep a close eye on resources, and ensure that our solutions are delivered to the client on time and in top quality.

    • Resource Planning: You manage team capacities across multiple projects and allocate work packages effectively

    The annual gross basic salary for this position starts from € 52,000. Depending on qualifications and experience, a fair overpayment is possible. In addition, our performance-based remuneration model offers you the opportunity to actively increase your income.

    • Strategic consulting and development of key accounts in data-driven marketing with a focus on data analytics and AI projects
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and actively networking within relevant industries
    • Confident handling of budgets and communication with decision-makers

    Requirements

    • Several years of experience in account management in digital marketing, ideally within an agency and with responsibility for larger budgets
    • Solid expertise in digital marketing; experience with martech ecosystems, data-driven strategies, or AI applications is a plus
    • Strong AI mindset and experience using tools such as Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity
    • Ability to communicate complex content in a way that is tailored to the audience
    • Strategic, entrepreneurial thinking with a clear customer focus
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
    • Confident and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
    • Analytical and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility

  • Senior Software Developer (w/m/d) Full-time Permanent Employment Hybrid
    C&DS Experienced

    Your tasks

    As a Senior Software Developer at e-dialog, you’ll be at the heart of our Cloud & Data Science team, building scalable, cloud-native solutions that power data-driven marketing for leading brands across the DACH region.
    You’ll work on meaningful Google Cloud projects: from architecting data infrastructure and deploying AI-driven applications to developing custom backend services – in close collaboration with our data scientists, analytics consultants, and client-facing teams.
    • Design and own end-to-end cloud architectures and deploy production-grade solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    • Build and operate scalable backend services and APIs using modern software engineering best practices
    • Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to bring ML models and AI solutions into production (e.g., via Vertex AI)
    • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical reviews
    • Regular exchange with clients discussing  engineering requirements, deployment and handover
    • Support the continuous improvement of internal development processes, tooling, and documentation
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong engineering culture

    Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in backend development and software architecture, preferably computer science background
    • Proven ability to design cloud architectures and deploy solutions in production environments — owning the full lifecycle from design to go-live
    • Solid hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms — Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Vertex AI) is strongly preferred; experience with AWS or Azure is valued
    • Proficiency in one or more backend languages, ideally Python and/or JavaScript
    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) and CI/CD practices
    • AI-first mindset – comfortable integrating GenAI tools into engineering workflows
    • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
    • Willingness to travel 
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
