BLS selects a new agency for online marketing
e-dialog is taking over the Swiss transport company’s performance campaigns. From 2026, e-dialog will manage the always-on channels Search, Social and Programmatic.
Following a pitch, BLS AG opted for the agency’s data-driven approach. “e-dialog convinced us with cross-channel thinking and a full-funnel strategy. Analytics, creatives and campaigning come together in a holistic concept from which we expect measurable success,” explains Simon Achermann, Head of Digital Marketing at BLS, in justifying the decision.
From 2026, the newly designed always-on campaign will launch across Search, Social and Programmatic. As one of Switzerland’s largest transport companies, BLS AG will activate topics such as leisure planning, tickets and travelcards, the BLS Mobil app, and car shuttle services through the Lötschberg and Simplon tunnels. In addition, e-dialog supports the internal digital marketing team with strategic campaigns and larger product pushes, and provides advice on topics such as SEO, data analysis and digital strategy.

Founded in Austria more than 20 years ago, the independent agency is expanding its Swiss client base with BLS, which already includes, for example, Geberit, Worldline and Migros Bank. In addition to its Vienna headquarters, e-dialog has offices in Zurich, Munich and Berlin.
