Strategic restructuring complete: e-dialog with a 30-person campaign team and a new CFO
One year after Andrea Swift and Markus Röbisch took over the management of the e-dialog Group, the agency’s strategic restructuring is now complete. “We have repositioned e-dialog not only at the top, but also in its structures. The company thrives on the expertise and experience of our long-standing employees. We have reflected this more strongly by giving senior leaders more responsibility and more opportunities to help shape the company,” explains Andrea Swift, CEO of the e-dialog Group. At the beginning of the year, middle management was strengthened. In addition, a Management Steering Committee contributes its specialist expertise and, together with Senior Management, shapes the agency’s strategic direction. The company is now taking further steps to consolidate its leading market position.
All digital channels in one campaign team
e-dialog’s experts for the conception, planning and implementation of digital campaigns are being brought together in a 30-person campaign team. Previously, these resources were divided into specialised departments such as Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social. With the new team, the specialisations remain in place, but are brought under one roof. The department, led by Iris Handlsberger (Director Media Consulting & Campaign Strategy) and Katia Meleady (Head of Campaign Operations), is intended to create synergies and a holistic approach for campaigns across Europe. “The market knows and values us as an agency full of specialists with up-to-the-minute expertise. However, we have always aspired to think about campaigns in an interdisciplinary way, across all channels and touchpoints. With the new structure, we are creating an even stronger foundation for this approach,” says Iris Handlsberger.
Technical expertise complements campaign power
Since digital campaigns only work with a well-thought-out data strategy and a solid setup for measuring success, e-dialog employs almost as many technical specialists as performance professionals. A total of 27 experts in tracking, data analysis and visualisation, cloud technology and data science work in the Digital Analytics and Cloud & Data Science teams. Alongside young talent, many of these experts have been with e-dialog for years and have developed into Senior Consultants through further training, certifications and hands-on experience. “This is also a result of the transparent career model that e-dialog introduced three years ago to promote internal talent, fairness and diversity,” explains Andrea Swift. The agency’s third focus is the creation of data-driven campaign concepts and assets in its in-house creative team, led by Maria Holzinger.
Alice Ledvina becomes CFO
Alongside Andrea Swift and Markus Röbisch, Alice Ledvina joins e-dialog’s Senior Management in her new role as Chief Financial Officer. Ledvina began her career at the digital agency in 2019 as a finance assistant and most recently advanced to Head of Finance.
