Two New Directors for e-dialog

e-dialog, an expert in data-driven marketing and digital strategy, strengthens its holistic client consulting by promoting two new Directors. With Iris Handlsberger and Kristina Niederer, two long-standing experts are shaping the direction of the consulting firm and strategy development for clients.

With Iris and Kristina, we are further strengthening this interconnectedness,” explains Andrea Swift, CEO of e-dialog.

Holistic View of Strategy and Campaigns

As Director Media Consulting & Campaign Strategy, Iris Handlsberger is responsible for connecting the specialist departments to ensure a cohesive agency presence and cross-departmental client consulting. Her responsibilities also include leading tenders and pitches for the campaign sector, as well as partner management for platform partners such as Google or Meta, among others.

The area of data-driven campaigns is growing significantly, as it is the marketing channel with proven performance and great potential for AI and cloud solutions. Holistic client consulting is essential here to consider and implement channels and campaigns comprehensively. By connecting the three specialist areas of Social Media, Search Engine, and Programmatic Advertising through my position, we can ensure high-level holistic concepts, strategies, and support.

Iris Handlsberger

Handlsberger’s focus is particularly on the further development of channels, testing new approaches and tools, and driving automation across all departments.

After starting as a Programmatic Consultant at e-dialog in 2018 and previously working at Dentsu Aegis, Iris Handlsberger most recently led the 11-member Programmatic Advertising team at digital expert e-dialog. Her focus was on programmatic consulting for enterprise clients, digital maturity projects, support for technology onboarding, and in-housing. Since January 2024, as Director Media Consulting & Campaign Strategy, she has been responsible for the three campaign units (Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic). As a lecturer at the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, she promotes the development of new digital marketing talents and shares her expertise at numerous specialist conferences & panels in the DACH region.

Unlocking the Power of Data & AI for Clients

As Director Digital Analytics, Kristina Niederer focuses on connecting expertise in data analysis with the possibilities of Cloud & Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning for interpreting and activating this data. She is also responsible for knowledge transfer on these topics within the company and for positioning e-dialog as a first mover in the tool landscape and partner management.

To measure new opportunities in digital marketing and enable insights from data, Digital Analytics has evolved over the years. Our team does truly amazing work every day and successfully implements the most innovative projects – I want to communicate this more externally, inspire the community, and show our clients how they can benefit even more from data.

She will also continue to focus on strategic analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) and further develop the team on new topics, tools, clients, and goals.

With her full-service marketing and project management background, Kristina Niederer started at e-dialog in 2017. Driven by a passion for data, she developed the Digital Analytics department into a 17-member team with a renowned client list. Through intensive promotion of knowledge transfer and sustainable team development, the unit has set high quality and innovation standards in the industry – with a sought-after pool of experts as speakers for DACH specialist conferences and workshops.
