Intro

Challenge

Tracking multiple Floodlight conversions in CM360 was a manual, time-consuming task. Mobiliar’s campaign teams had to manually check for anomalies, leading to inefficiencies and delays. Without proactive alerts, they relied on ad-hoc queries to identify issues. Monitoring did not scale well, as thresholds for each conversion had to be tracked manually.

Measures

We implemented a customized automated system in GCP that checks Floodlight conversions daily. If the numbers are above or below expected values, the problem is immediately detected. A follow-up process sends alerts to help teams quickly identify and resolve issues.

Results

The automated system eliminated manual Floodlight monitoring, reducing effort by 95% and enabling near real-time data validation. Proactive Google Chat notifications allow for quick problem resolution and scalable monitoring for all advertisers, minimizing conversion discrepancies.
