Challenge

Holter, an Austrian wholesaler of bathroom products, needed leads for its showrooms in Austria and Bavaria. A finely tuned online campaign was developed to attract potential customers to the physical showrooms.

Measures

Our cross-channel campaign targeted users near showrooms on Meta & Pinterest. In addition, we used Google Demand Gen to boost engagement and search ads to drive users to the Holter website. To improve conversion rates on the website, we optimised landing pages and lead forms.

Results

With our campaign strategy, we not only increased the number of online enquiries by 53%, but also achieved a 26% increase in leads via the contact form compared to the previous period. This, in turn, led to a significantly higher showroom footfall. In addition, our approach improved conversion rates, resulting in a significantly higher number of quotes and strengthening Holter’s relationship with its installers.
