OETICKET Increases Digital Reach with e-dialog

Austria’s ticketing market leader oeticket has placed a stronger emphasis on digital marketing this year than in previous years. This was accompanied by the expansion of the partnership with e-dialog as an agency for data-driven marketing and digital strategy. Together, for example, the reach of oeticket’s digital campaigns in Austria was increased by 74% in quarters 2 and 3 compared to the previous year.

With 11.7 million tickets sold and 76,000 events per year, CTS Eventim Austria, better known under the brand name oeticket, is not only Austria’s largest ticketing provider but also one of the country’s largest e-commerce companies.

The digital analytics team at e-dialog supported the company’s transition to Google Analytics 4 for web analytics in the CEE markets of CTS Eventim. Within this framework, a modern tracking concept, relevant reporting, and easy-to-use dashboards were implemented. The program was rounded off by GA4 training sessions for the analytics managers in Austria and the CEE region at CTS Eventim, conducted by the expert specialists at e-dialog.

In the area of media planning and campaigns, CTS Eventim also implemented measures with e-dialog to better meet market requirements.
