Insights for bellaflora with Google Surveys

Intro

bellaflora is an Austria-wide chain for garden products and plants that recently launched its online shop. Previously, we were able to obtain valuable insights into the acceptance of an online shop for them with a survey via Google Surveys and find out whether their customers are open to online purchases.

Goals

  • Determine acceptance among bellaflora customers for an online shop
  • Generate insights as simply & quickly as possible
  • Insights on image, brand awareness, competition, etc.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the enormous efficiency of Google Surveys. In a short time and on a small budget, we generated the most valuable insights.

Measures

To understand users’ opinions on an online shop, bellaflora conducted a survey with the help of e-dialog and Google Surveys. The survey targeted the Austrian population, filtered by a screening question. This way, only people who had visited the bellaflora website in recent months could participate. The survey consisted of 10 questions, in various formats such as single and multiple choice, rating scales, and open-ended questions.

Results

In less than 3 days, bellaflora received over 400 valid surveys. Using the Google Surveys interface, we were able to easily analyze the responses in cross-tabulations and graphics to gain valuable insights into the acceptance of a bellaflora online shop. Furthermore, bellaflora learned more about its image, customers, competitors, and website.
