Procedure for Complaints and Reports
At e-dialog, we promote and practice a culture of integrity and transparency, and we always act responsibly. Our clients, business partners, employees, and applicants should feel confident at all times that they can do the right thing. This is our highest priority, and we live and act accordingly.
Should any behavior occur that contradicts our corporate culture, our code of conduct, or generally applicable laws, we want it to be reported. For this reason, we have established an internal reporting channel through which misconduct and violations of behavioral requirements within the meaning of the Whistleblower Protection Act can be reported. The reporting channel is operated by Personio, an independent company that operates completely independently of e-dialog. Detailed information about Personio can be found in our privacy policy.
As a whistleblower, you can be assured that you will not suffer any disadvantages from reports submitted in good faith and to the best of your knowledge. We protect our whistleblowers and ensure that all incoming reports are investigated and processed in a transparent and fair manner under strict confidentiality.
