As an HR manager, applicants often ask me what makes e-dialog a cool employer. That's why I grabbed the keyboard and wrote down all the reasons - and there are a few! But it's best to just read for yourself...

You never stop learning – that’s why further training is very important at e-dialog! All specialist experts at e-dialog are certified in their field, for example through certifications from the Google Marketing Platform or Google Analytics, and regularly take relevant exams.

What is particularly unique is that our employees also pass on their knowledge to young online marketing talent. Many of our senior consultants as well as our managing director regularly give lectures and teach at universities and technical colleges. Junior employees have the opportunity to attend these lecture series.

2. The team

Our team consists of a wide variety of personalities, but we have one thing in common: our passion and pursuit of professional excellence seasoned with fairness and respect – towards both colleagues and customers.

The employees look after each other, which means we have a friendly (and non-competitive) working atmosphere. You can rely on your colleagues to work together, because as a team we work best together – and learn from each other every day!

3. Team building events

We strengthen cohesion with regular team events. Our monthly chill-outs are organized depending on the season or under a specific theme, for example there have been barbecue parties, Fiesta Mexicana and even a Unicorn Party.

We celebrate birthday children every month at a lunch together and surprise them with a small gift.

Even for anniversaries there is not just one, but two cakes – one for the person celebrating their anniversary and another to share with the entire team.

A special highlight is our Family and Friends Event, a joint dinner where each team member invites their family and friends – for this unique opportunity to get to know their colleagues and the working environment.

But the list doesn’t end there: wine hikes, a ski trip in winter or tobogganing together and always spontaneous ideas: our colleagues are also very creative in this area. We also share the fun and good mood with our customers. Of course, they are always warmly invited to our company birthday party and Christmas party.

4. Corporate Social Responsibility

We regularly carry out social engagement projects. We support many organizations as part of pro bono online marketing campaigns. To mention a few: Doctors Without Borders, Make a Wish, MOMO Children’s Hospice, Four Paws.

But that’s not all: we also organize various charity events together with our partners, for example our Charity Punch in the winter. Last year the donation proceeds went to the St. Anna Children’s Hospital and the Brunn Animal Shelter.

5. The inspiring working atmosphere

Our office is bright, modern and, thanks to its location in downtown Vienna, is ideally connected to public transport. As an additional benefit, we give our employees the Wiener Linien annual ticket. The office is equipped with ergonomic workstations with electrically height-adjustable tables & Dual monitors and a beautiful, sunny roof terrace where we meet for lunch, coffee or celebrations. 6. Fair treatment at eye level

The e-dialog managers are easy to reach, easy to talk to and open to suggestions and ideas from employees. The managing director knows all employees personally and communicates openly and honestly. The flat hierarchy also enables quick decisions.

All colleagues are an important member of the team; we attach great importance to communication and the exchange of information. The “Knowledge Wheel” takes place once a month, where we share and discuss customer cases, current projects and company-internal news.

7. Pioneer in New Work

Flexibility is very important to us. We offer flexible working hours with flexitime, home office and remote working are also possible.

The opportunity for part-time work is a unique option for returning mothers or for colleagues who want to temporarily reduce their working hours for educational purposes.

We know that time off is important, which is why our employees can also take longer vacations. Only those who have time to relax and feel good can work efficiently! At e-dialog, work-life balance is more than just a buzzword.

8. Stability and growth

Our employees value the long-term perspective and varied projects in a stable company. Thanks to sustainable but constant growth, we are constantly expanding both our team and our customer base. A new office was even opened in Zurich this year.
