e-dialog wins paid social mandate from CSS

The digital agency relies on a full-funnel strategy for the Swiss insurance company’s fall campaign.

e-dialog wins another client in Switzerland: the agency has won the tender for CSS Versicherung’s autumn campaign in the area of social media marketing. At the heart of the collaboration is a holistic paid social strategy that optimizes new customer acquisition and customer loyalty across the entire customer journey.

Holistic strategy for maximum impact

In its concept, the e-dialog team focused on a full-funnel approach that accompanies potential customers from the first visual contact to the conclusion of the contract. The combination of personalization, automation and an active test & learn culture was convincing.
